Natural Wicker

Whitecraft Rattan has been producing quality wicker products for many decades and has a reputation for unique design elements.  Whitecraft produces both natural outdoor wicker and two types of synthetic outdoor wicker.  The natural outdoor product called "WeatherMate" is constructed of sturdy, non-corrosive rattan and hardwood framing.  All fasteners are made of rust free stainless steel.

Each natural frame goes through a multi step process of finishing, lacquer coats, and sanding to provide an advanced finish that eliminates burrs, cracking and peeling.  The cushion decks utilize Pirelli-type webbing for long lasting comfort, and every cushion core is made up of 100% engineered polyester fiber that is water resistant.  Whitecraft WeatherMate outdoor wicker collections need an overhead covering in order to provide maximum longevity.

All-Weather Wicker

Whitecraft "All-Weather" wicker is a group of synthetic wicker collections constructed on an all aluminum rust free frame.  The woven exteriors are made of high density polyethylene.  High density polyethylene will not rot, crack or split when exposed to the elements.  It is highly fade resistant and will provide many long years of service in any outdoor setting.  Like the "WeatherMate" collections, all cushions incorporate 100% engineered polyester fiber that is water resistant.

 Synthetic Outdoor Wicker

"WickerLoom" collections by Whitecraft utilize all aluminum framing and cellulose fiber over the exterior.  All decks incorporate Crystalflex foundations which provide exceptional comfort and long life.  The WickerLoom finish is achieved with an applied resin emulsion to give a flexible coating and ensure moisture resistance.  Each frame then receives a three step "baked on" polyester finish.  Cushions cores are made of 100% polyester fiber that is water resistant.  In order to provide maximum longevity, Whitecraft Wickerloom collections need an overhead covering.

Whitecraft provides a 3 year warranty on all outdoor collections and 5 years for structural defects on aluminum frames.  Outdoor fabrics are not warranted except for what is expressly provided by the fabric manufacturer.
