Lane manufactures two types of outdoor wicker -- natural wicker & synthetic wicker. The Weathermaster all natural product can be used in any outdoor setting that has an overhead covering -- porch, screened porch, gazebo. No one in the industry makes an all natural outdoor product that is more durable than Lane Venture. The Weathermaster synthetic product can be used in any setting -- covered or uncovered -- rain, sleet, or snow. It is structured on an all aluminum frame and depending on the collection, is covered in in 100% virgin vinyl or polyethylene.
Lane has two cushion options available -- standard fiber cores & dense fiber cores -- the latter yielding a firmer sit. Both options are available with the patented drain through mesh that allows for a quicker dry time following a rain shower. For areas that have an overhead covering, however, Ellenburgs recommends reversible cushions in lieu of rain mesh in order to utilize both sides of the cushion whenever possible.
